pls help on HOST Unreachable error....

I have 2 ISA server, one is for the internet connection and the other one
is for the intranet (global WAN). When I tried to access a site in our
intranet, it displays an error of HOST UNREACHABLE. What is the problem in
my ISA. What rules should I set in ISA? Pls. help me. Thanks in advance...
