I'm attempting to get ISA up and running along with Websense 5.0. Is there
anyone that is familiar with this setup? Currently, the server is up but I
need to get help or resources on configuring the server properly. I have
information from Websense on how to configure Websense with ISA which is
generally the install instructions. We are only using the caching and web
proxy features of ISA.

Any suggestions on this?

It should go away after the next replication, or you can force one from the
same snap in. You are very welcome!

Launch the AD Sites and Services MMC snap in, expand the Sites, select the
server from there and hit delete - these are the steps I performed for our
environment.

Can you tell me how you manually removed it ? Right click and selecting
delete does not delete it.

Well, yeah that too. In our case it was a week later and the object was
still there, so I manually removed it.

Be patient. AD takes time to update things.

Hi

I ran dcpromo to remove a server from a domain. All worked fine but in AD
Users and Computers under Domain Controllers the server still appears. Any
ideas?

William
