There is no difference between the NT4.0 shared resource access and Win2k shared resource access in that regard. If you share a directory on an NTFS partition, your MS clients will have access to it. Exchange does not work that way- you won't 'share' the exchange directory and map clients to it to gain access to it. They will be either Exchange mail clients via outlook, access the data via OWA, or be POP3 or IMAP clients.
