So...if I migrate resources from the NetWare server to the new SBS 2000 server 
(NTFS partition), then if I share the relevant folders, the Win 98 clients will 
have access?

Follow-up: I'll be setting up Exchange on the new server. Should I share out 
the relevant folder for that in the same way?
