Without something to distinguish between the sites, it's impossible to say if the content we're seeing is what you want us to see. help.arrownett.com, www.arrownet.com and help.arrownett.com all resolve to the same IP address and all produce the same web content. You need to quit shotgunning and work one issue at a time. DO NOT use web and server publishing for the same IP; you create resource conflicts for ISA.
