help need soon

Hello,
I am using internet through satellite,(I have dish connected at the top of my
office) not through dial up or leased line. I get disconnected every 20
minuets leaving no events. I get the message as page cannot be displayed.
When I remove the cable connected to my systems Ethernet card, iam able to
browse. Again after sometime we get the same problem.
Why, can any one help me
