isa settings for a router/vpn connection?

Hello,
We have the following set up and wish to make a vpn connection
via the Nortel router..
----------Web------
|
ISP device (ie BT ADSL modem/router)
|
|
SBS 2000
|
|
Hub ----------------------- Nortel router
|
PCs
The idea being to set up a static route on the SBS machine
pointing to the vpn server via the Nortel router...
But, not at all clear about how to configure ISA to allow this
connection to happen. Any ideas please?!
