anonymous connection an ISA??

Hello everybody!
Our problem ist the following:
We use the ISA at present in a test as cache behind a firewall. It
functions everything marvelously. Only one thing suprised us:
Wich each connection over the ISA there are two user. One user is te
identified user with his id and the other user is anonymous.
Is that normal or where is the problem situated???
It would be nice if someone could help us.
