Windows 2003 and ISA

Ok, I did the nuke and pave and thought to myself, "Self, what a better way
to spend a Sunday than to curse over a fresh o/s install"
So here we are, being smart ( yeah ! right) I thought I should put out the
questions..
1) what do I need to know, other than to read Thomas's articles. ?
2) What services do I need to run on windows server, i.e.. DNS, DHCP etc.
and when to install and configure ?
3) What not to do ?
