Thanks, I will give this a go after office hours. I thought that the QOS was needed by ISA server. Will this affect reports if I disable this ? We recently changed the IP address range which was being used by our ISA server. After a few issues all seemed fine. Until I tried to VPN to our site. The RAS works fine as it did before, except when I disconnect the VPN connection the ISA Server Control service crashes. The following error is given :- The Microsoft ISA Server Control service terminated with service-specific error 278540. If no one has seen this before, I guess a re-install is necessary.
