The host that you are using to telnet through ISA can not be the ISA itself
and can't be an ISA internal client.

Validate publishing rules??? The server publishing rule is on isa
hopefully forwarding 110 traffic from the external nic to internal network
to the exch server.

I can't telnet from internal network since I must telnet the isa ext nic
and telnet from client from internet fails.
