Check the event logs for when the reboot occurred and track back
what happened that way. If it helps at all. Check the rules over again,
make sure they are still enabled and pointing to the right things
(generic). any luck form any other pc's? the IP of your workstation
hasn't changed has it? set the isa logs to showed all rdp connections
and then try to connec to from the workstation. Watch the logs and that
should give you an idea of what is happening!

that problem resolved before I could get in remotely.

Wow..
I was RPD'd into my ISA server runing perfmon locally.. The box
kicked
me out of my RDP, and even after a reboot I cant ping it or RDP
back
into it..
