You said that the ISA box is working for everything BUT RDP and ping? If that's the case, that's extremely strange. But... I thought I saw someplace that you could open up the Computer Management MMC on a different system and then point it to the ISA box and read the Event Logs and whatnot. If that's the case then from the same box try telnetting to port 3389 on the ISA box. If that doesn't work, run the following command from a command prompt on the ISA server: netstat -an | find /i ":3389" If the ISA box is listening for RDP traffic, the above command should spit out an address (furthest left in the output) that looks something like the following: x.x.x.x:3389 Cordially yours, Jerry G.
