Hi Tiago,

I would say that's something to think about. :) I haven't done any
extensive testing of Win2003 yet in that kind of scenario, so I don't
know if Win2003 is causing the problems. Certainly worth investigating.

Thanks!
Tom

Okay, it makes sense... But what if i said that it worked before
I migrated to Windows server 2003? I have several customers on the same
scenario (working, thank God)...

        Try to downgrade?

                Hi Tiago,

All I can tell you its that is definitley NOT ISA Server
getting in the way. I've created many gateway to gateway VPN links in
the last few weeks, and I've not had any problems with NetBIOS/SMB
shares or TCP 3389 through the link.

I'll blame it on the dreaded DSL/PPPoE link until proven
otherwise :-)

                HTH,
                Tom

                        Well,

What else could be causing this issue? I ran
some tests, and I found out that I can:

-Open HTTP servers inside my HQ
                        -Access e-mail via POP3
                        -ping everything

                        however:

-Cannot open terminal servers on the HQ
-Cannot open shares on the HQ

I know this is very little information in order
to troubleshoot, but I'm lost too. Could it be this wacked 2003 server?

                        Hi Tiago,

Tunnel traffic is only inspected when the ISA
Server establishes a VPN client link to a VPN server, not when the ISA
Server is implemented as a VPN gateway. The VPN connection client
connection from the ISA Server is very unusual, which I think is done
for some bastardized versions of DSL connections to local ISPs. Not sure
what other reasons you would have a VPN client connection from the ISA
Server to a VPN Server for.

                        HTH,
