Ok, I've followed isaserver.org's recommendations on how to set this up but
I am still having problems with access OWA from an outside connection.

Setup is a so:

Internal network is subnetted as 10.128.3.0 - The internal ip address of my
exchange2k server is 10.128.3.5 - My exchange server also has a second card
in it with an ip of 10.112.1.2 - This card is used on a permiter network.

My ISA server's internal nic ip is 10.128.3.4 - It has a second card with an
IP of 10.112.1.1 and the 3rd card is my internet connection, 65.168.42.56, I
have a second ip bound to my outside nic which is 65.168.42.59 (my MX
record)

I have POP3 working fine coming in on 65.168.42.56 and redirected to
10.112.1.2. I need to have OWA connections come in on the same IP address,
65.168.42.56 and be redirected to 10.112.1.2 just as POP3 is.

I have created the destination set for OWA with 65.168.42.56 for
/exchange/*, /exchweb/* and /public/* and I have created a server publishing
rule using that destination set and redirecting requests to 10.112.1.2
making sure to send the original host header along with it.
Since the ip address that is being requested is the default ip of the card I
didn't setup a listener for OWA connections. Is that right?

When I try to connect to OWA from an outside connection I get a DNS error
page. I am trying to connect directly to http://65.168.42.56/exchange/
since I don't have an a record setup yet.

Anyone give me any tips on what to try next?
