You're right about the registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCPServer\Parameters]
"DisableRogueDetection"=dword:00000001
The log stays clean now.
I think this is a typicall case for the FAQ on www.isaserver.org
