I would like to add my problem in it . my messenger is working with ISA 2004 . but users are complaining late massage delivery. Because we have a hardware firewall as well after the ISA And socks traffic is disabled on both the ISA and the firewall in here. When it says it failed to connect and whether I want MSN to troubleshoot the problem I say yes, and then the troubleshooter says everything is ok try again later.
