Hi Michael, Is this startup filter doc'd somewhere? Is this different than the IPSec policy agent available in the Services console? The ting is that it is a startup filter (according to MS) and not an ordinary IPSEC filter, and therefore cannot be disabled from the Local Security Settings. I was told I was supposed to be able to see it using netsh, but I cannot seem to find it. How would you go about disabling / editing it ?
