Yes it is, and no I haven't run the security wizard. 

This is probably a silly question, but here goes anyway - can this be
done with packet filters. I only need access for myself from bermuda.
Cable modem at this (Scotland) end, probably adsl in Bermuda

Hi Steve,

OK, I just realized what the problem is. Its not the dial-up link, it's
the creating the VPN Server issue. Good question. Its come up a few
times but I don't recall what the answer is :-)  Is the ISA Server also
a DC? That's the usual suspect for bollixed up configuration issues.
