Hi Paul,
 
I haven't tested it yet, but I'm curious if ISA will overwrite this
configuration to support the VPN configuration. Since I use remote
access policy to support this type of config, I don't know if the SPE
reconfig will "stick" :)

Use the System Policy Editor to Disable the rule and add your own rule
for it.

Can't see how you can disable the rule. I don't think it's one of the
rules you are allowed to disable. Do you know how to do it ?

Change the policy yourself.
You can disable the system policy rule and create your own customized
firewall rules.
