I see a lot of IP's also in my logs. And in the reports there is a lot of
"UNKNOWN" and "Information Not Available" in the cache report.
Anyone else have this happening ?

Depends on the log file, the request being made and the status of the
request. Are you authenticating all requests?

I see a lot of IP addresses instaed of login names in my ISA Web access log
file. Can anyone tell me why the IP addresses are showing instaed of login
names.?
