Hello Jim,
Our ISA servers are configured for Integrated authentication.
Unauthenticated users will be prompted for authentication. The log file is
the proxy service log file. The file is in ISA format.

Depends on the log file, the request being made and the status of the
request.  Are you authenticating all requests?

I see a lot of IP addresses instaed of login names in my ISA Web access log
file. Can anyone tell me why the IP addresses are showing instaed of login
names.?
