Try enabling http 1.1 through proxy connections in IE properties/advanced. I followed all suggestions received but nothing worked. I use SBS2000 server with ISA server built in, but it is not an ISA problem as my SBS2000 server is using IE5 and all works fine. My client machine is running XP-Pro IE6 SP1 and shows the same problems you are having, I only seem to have the problem when I try to access my virtual host which is an https site. I contacted My ISP they replied that I needed Java enabled it was so that didn't help and for the first time ever nor did any replies from isalist. I have even removed IE6 (SP1)and some additional Q number recommended security updates, and then did a upgrade re install of XP Pro to take it all back to SP1 only. That did'nt work either, sorry this is not much help but I will be watching any replies you may receive. I have a WAN and various users access an outside SSL site all access was working completely but now the updated browsers (IE6 SP1) freeze part way thru the transactions to the one main site. I have tried various combinations of caching and am now looking at the frames captured in NetMon. What is so different in the latest service pack? I have been told it is my IE6 SP1 plus ISA problem, and that I should call Microsoft. Not yet...I am sure I can lick this one, any suggestions from the gurus.
