Hotmail Denied

Client needs to use hotmail. (yes, he will be moving off of it as soon
as we get them a domain name) Hotmail is being denied by the SBS
Internet Access Rule in ISA2004. The computer has the FWC installed. The
user is anonymous. The error is 12209 web proxy requires authentication.
Will I need to allow direct access to hotmail to make this work?
