Hehe - thanks guys for the responses.
So our existing ISA (2000) is a poweredge350 1u. It does ok - but what
would be a good recommendation for a cheap server for ISA (less than 20
users)?
Is there anything I need to stay away from on server selections from
dell? I assume I can get the lowest end server with 2 onboard nics a gig
or 2 of memory and we are good to go?

So if I did set up another ISA server would I need any special
configuration for them to play nice on the same subnet? Or would I just
plug in the internal nic to the same switch and then have DHCP setup to
use the new ISA as the gateway?

Unfortunately, you would guess wrong.
ISA does not (yet) support multiple Internet interfaces.
Bryan has two choices; multiple ISA servers or an external
connection-sharing device.

I guess you should be able to add another network card connected to the
new internet switch, create a network for it.
Create another network with your users IP range and NAT the user's
network to the new network created with your new NIC.

I was hoping to NOT add another server to the mix. We are a small
company and try our best to limit the number of servers that we have /
manage.
