Hi

Is the 212.xxx address the external IP address of the ISA box? In which case
it could be that your web publish rule needs tweaking.

If the server is on the Internet, there is no publishing or anything
involved, as it is a http request the same as if you went to www.msn.com
<http://www.msn.com/> .

That's what I thought

If you ping the host name from internal, what happens? Does it resolve to
the correct IP address?

Works fine - a ping and an ns lookup both give the correct ip address
(212.xxx)

What server is giving you the 403 error?

The remote server ( www.firstmedia.net <http://www.firstmedia.net/> ) -
precise error is 403 forbidden

(internal ip= 192.xxx; remote servers = 212.xxx)
