Hi Ben, No, the external ip address of ISA is currently dynamic (it's a dialup). The 212.xx is in a server farm at another location. That's what I thought If you ping the host name from internal, what happens? Does it resolve to the correct IP address? Works fine - a ping and an ns lookup both give the correct ip address (212.xxx) What server is giving you the 403 error?
