I guess you're right, except that my generic Internet rule has a bunch
of other protocols allowed, too. In any case, I didn't do it this
morning (I had to do all my MS security patching this morning). Probably
tomorrow.

Just curious, will it really shut down everyone's acces to the web?  I
was under the impression that existing connections will remain valid,
therefore if you disable the rule *and* create a similar rule
simultaneously, web access should not be affected?
