Accesa-ride reservationist caused. WE all need help to negotiate the system,
as visually impaird people.

This is a rant! If you don't want to read it, simply delete. Remember
I am warning you!!
Help!! Just hung up with ...the stupidest AAR operator ever! She
asked me everything at least twice if not three times.
Inspite of the fact that I told her I needed to be at the airport at
8:30, and that I asked for a taxi authorization, she gave me a
pick-up time of 5:28 a.m. Even during rush our it doesn't take 3
hours to get from the upper west side toJFK!!
When I reminded her that I wanted a taxi, she asked me where I was
going again...
And it started all over! Once that was straightened out, she asked
me when I am going home. I told her I would call again--since I was
not coming home for several days. She started to laugh. I had to
explain over and over that I would call again for a reservation to
return home..
Lucia was correct -- there is a recording that says if you have
conditional eligibility they will recommend a bus route. I think that
is for people who are unable to get around when it snows or something
like that. I don't think it refers to us!
