I've always like the idea of a Print List - a comma separated list of items
to print, which can be either single pages or page ranges, e.g.

1,5-7,10

would print pages 1, 5, 6, 7 and 10. Perhaps add a special code for
current page and print all, something along the lines of $P and $A, or just
the letters.

Stand firm for what you believe in, until and unless logic and experience
prove you wrong. Remember: when the emperor looks naked, the emperor *is*
naked, the truth and a lie are not "sort-of the same thing" and there is
no aspect, no facet, no moment of life that can't be improved with pizza.
