[Ilugc] install linux without internet access

I did not try with a live CD
I remember facing this problem with fedora net install but an older
distro ( 13 I guess) . I was also supposed to get the network sorted
out to proceed any further .
But I also had to go through some authentication which I would be
comfortable doing on a GUI .
I reset the router to give me a plain DHCP connection , then
everything worked smooth .
