CPanel is probably what Balachandar is talking about. It is a web-based
administration tool commonly used by web hosts. If he is unable to
obtain CPanel access, there's no point suggesting shell access because
the functionality provided by the latter is a strict superset of the
functionality provided by CPanel so no sane person would allow shell
access and disallow CPanel access (providing it is available).
