[Ilugc] chennailug.org is not functioning properly.

Hmm. I don't see why we can't just use the wiki part of Trac. That said,
here's an even more extreme suggestion - how about we just use html
pages? We all know how to code html & css, somebody can make/lift a
basic template, and put it up as a project on google code, we can all
check it out, and commit/send patches. Somebody can pull/aggregate these
commits/patches and deploy them to chennailug.org. Perhaps we can have
multiple project maintainers so this load too is distributed.
Pretty much everything, including events can be put up this way. We can
setup a basic site structure, and make changes as we go if need be. If
something needs to be discussed, commented upon, they can post the link
here on the list and carry it forward. Something like Planet otoh, can
be setup on a different vhost and we can use the appropriate software
for that.
