[Ilugc] change in name

[old time lurker hat on]
because I, probably by a mistake, thought ILUGC wants to support free
softwares and that it wouldn't make sense if it supports non-free
softwares too. *shrug* so, do I conclude that ILUGC would support
non-free softwares?
ILUGC has had an open mind on what its members use and support. If it aint
broke don't fix it. Lets just leave things as they are, please; name
included. Let this thread die in peace...
