Would you be surprised if I told you I'm a student at AU-KBC and
still on the right side of 30 (though not 25 -- but I'm not such an
`oldie' yet, you know!)?
Agree with you about the revolution but no use putting all the
responsibility on students. Oldies will have to share it equally.
I'm trying to say that the `oldies' won't ever share it. They don't care
and they don't matter. So there's no point whining. You have to save
yourselves. And you can't save yourselves unless you think big. If
there's one phrase that can sum up all that is wrong with the current
crop of students, it is a total lack of ambition. I think you'd be
better icons to your fellow students if you had had the courage to aim
for something bigger than your selves, and if you'd had the courage to
be ready to sacrifice _everything else_ in pursuit of that aim.
I WILL stop if my grandma says she is not interested in a Canadian-cross
gcc build. I respect her freedom you see :-) . So my ambition is not the
criteria here. Its my grandma's!
I dream of a time when even grandmas will be able to cross build and
bootstrap gcc like they make dosas today, of a time when they will exchange
Python recipes with their neighbours!
