This is because the arp table in your machine is overflowing.
Usually happens when there is a widows machine on your network with some cool
port scannig worms... :)
This should usually not cause any problems... but sometimes, you cannot
connect to legitimate machines on the network because there is no space left
in your arp tables for a MAC address look-up.
