[Ilugc] Neighbor Table Overflow ????

Normally "Neighbour table overflow" error occurs when your kernel has
support for loopback but it is not configured. Try running
'/sbin/ifconfig'. It should list something like the following.

Is this even possible under normal circumstances? I've never ever seen a 
system which did not have lo up and running. 

But, I've seen this error a lot when there is heavy portscan traffic on the 
network.
