however the download starts at 1 mbps but then drops down to 100kbps
within seconds . Same is the case with skype calls .
1) what happens if you do video calls within your network? this should help
you
figure out if it an issue with ISP or internal issue.
2) sometimes there is bandwidth cap on the incoming data - imposed by
certain ISPs -
check if there any such with your ISP.
3) Does it happen only for video calls? what happens if you use wget ?
