First impressions:
1. Not sure who/why they are running, but, on first glance it looks
like a banner for some marathon!
2. Always use sans-serif for headings. Title/headings should not have
styles or features that make it difficult to read.
Imagine a conference poster put-up on the back of a public bus. While
the bus is moving, at first glance, people should be able to grasp as
much info as possible from the poster; not spend time just trying to
decipher the name of the conference.
3. Avoid regional languages, unless it is a focused conference only to
a particular region or group of people. People who don't understand
the phrases may not give in to it easily, or simply won't care.
4. Keep it simple.
