You have several fundamental problems in your assumptions.
1. Dual licensing is NOT "one free version and one with paid support".
Dual licensing is what MySQL and Trolltech do - have one completely
GPL'ed version, and another non-GPL'ed version which can be used in
proprietary software products (remember, GPL forbids proprietary
licensing for software that builds upon GPL'ed software).
2. "Re-package OSS and make it enterprise-ready" is what Redhat has
been doing for years now, quite successfully at that.
3. The companies you cite as part of your 2.0 have been around for
years - Collab.Net has been around since the late nineties.
