Workaround!!
Plot to PDF with Adobe Acrobat, 1200dpi.
Then in Adobe your will save as to  JPEG.
It works and your get fine picture.
I hope your can used this metode.

I am not sure, but I don't think you can get a
good jpeg file from the data as it isn't a picture.
What you see is what you get.
Check with your friendly Cadence folk and see if
they have some solution.
Maybe you could print to a file at 600 or 1200 dpi
and use gimp or something like that to open it.
Maybe.
