I am not sure, but I don't think you can get a good jpeg file from the data as it isn't a picture. What you see is what you get. Check with your friendly Cadence folk and see if they have some solution. Maybe you could print to a file at 600 or 1200 dpi and use gimp or something like that to open it. Maybe.
