Sorry to bother anyone - Just figured it out after sending the question...
check mark your preferred display settings
go to
View>
Color View Save>
type in a name in the Save View dialog box
Save>
recall from the pull-down in the Control Panel titled Views:
Ed Caldwell/Arris
