[icon-discuss] synthesizer improvement

Is there a way to add a phoenetic option to the icon when reading character by
character so that you could get a
phoenetic equivalent of the letter the cursor was over such as bravo for the
letter b and delta charlie for the
letter d. I find that the letters b, d, and e are very difficult to distinguish
with eloquence. A
pronunciation option like this would help a great deal. This is available in
Jaws and also in the braille n
speak family of products.
