Hi Lois,
Generally when you set up a Bookshare account, your username is your
email address, and you set up a password. YOu then use that username
and password with whatever computer you wish. So you can download
through your Icon or your PC using the same login info. I don't know
why yours would be different. Do you have two Bookshare accounts?
