OK, I really blew it this time. I went back to my icon and thought I'd try to
turn it on since its been sitting all day. I got the main menu with all the
functions but that's it. I lost everything I've put on there since I got it in
July - beta key, lots of music and stuff from Lisa, around 40 books from
bookshare, hangman, sudoku, my wifi code, any updates, and probably more. What
a loser am I? They say computer errors are actually user errors in which case,
I really eat dirt (GROAN!). So, instead of ideas and support, I need
consolaions and empathy cause I'm still not having the best luck. Again,

Hello all,
Has this happened to you?
My battery ran down when I fell asleep listening to a book. So, I charged it
as usual. However, when I tried to use it, very little happens.
All I can access is te wireless menu, status menu, recorder, planner, and a
little bit of help. It will not give me the main menu including music player,
library, internet, tools, utilities, games, etc. The main menu bar at the top,
when pushed, says it's still loading and eventually times out and turns off the
icon.
I tried removing the battery for various lengths of time and doing a couple
different resets with and without battery.
I would love any ideas or support you may have. Thanks a lot.
