[icon-discuss] NLS Key not working

Today, I got a message from Levelstar, saying I am authorized to play the NLS
digital talking books. I connected to the update server and selected the key
from the menu
of available updates. The download and install were apparently successful.
When I
tried listening to a book, I got a message saying I'm not authorized. I'm
running
Icon software 1.1.1. I registered this unit with Levelstar during the update
process.
Any help appreciated
