I have flashed the unit and still get the same behavior. I have also had several crashes while in the browser. This mainly happens when another computer is downloading a file. When I tried listening to a book, I got a message saying I'm not authorized. I'm running Icon software 1.1.1. I registered this unit with Levelstar during the update process.
