Feras,
You simply want the motion logic to be inverted so that Yes means we
continue working on it, No means we request a vote in the Open Forum with
the IBIS ATM committee recommending that it be rejected. I do not care if
we change the motion to invert the logic.

If the vote is NO, I think the BIRD deserves to be passed "as is" to the
open forum for voting.

My understanding is that we agreed to vote on whether we want to go ahead
with BIRD 144.3 and NOT to end the discussion. If the vote is YES, then
this BIRD can be enhanced accordingly and then it can be passed to the
open forum for voting.

Hello Everyone,
A formal motion was made in the ATM teleconference yesterday regarding the
ongoing discussions on BIRD 144.3. The motion requested a vote to be made
to end the discussions on BIRD 144.3 in the ATM teleconferences and to
make a recommendation to the IBIS Open Forum to reject the BIRD.
The attendees of the meeting decided to schedule the vote for the next ATM
teleconference on Tuesday April 17 to give enough time for the
participants to think about the subject and to make arrangements to attend
the next meeting or cast their vote in a private email sent to
the chair of the ATM committee: (arpad_muranyi@xxxxxxxxxx)
