Pages 22-23 has a blank version of Table 41 that needs to be deleted.
Page 38: I forgot to suggest deleting Other Notes. We do not define content
rules in [End .] keywords, and per my suggested revision, the same
information has been moved to the [Interconnect Model] Description.
With minor changes, I support issuing BIRD179.

Subject: [ibis-interconn] IBIS Interconnect BIRD Draft 48 (two versions)
Per the discussion in today's IBIS Interconnect Task Group meeting, please
find enclosed Draft 48 of the IBIS Interconnect BIRD proposal. Very few
changes have been made since the recently-circulated variants on Draft 47.
Two copies have been created: one with change tracking on and changes
clearly shown; the other with all changes accepted, to facilitate fast
submission as a BIRD.
Also as discussed today, if there are no major changes required to the
document, there is strong interest in submitting this version to the Open
Forum for Friday's teleconference as a formal BIRD. To that end, please
review the document and provide any comments or suggestions for changes
before end close of business (US Pacific Time) Thursday, Jan. 26.
